Warranty

GC&F products are engineered and manufactured to perform their intended purpose. Customer satisfaction is at the top of our priority list, so in the event our product fails to perform as intended due to materials and/or workmanship, we promise to provide a solution based on our warranty.

What’s covered
GC&F products are guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. Our hand tools are backed by a limited lifetime warranty (Good news, the day it breaks, its life is over.)

If a GC&F product is found to be defective due to the manufacturing process or the materials used, we will replace it free of charge once it has been returned along with the original proof of purchase.

What’s not covered
GC&F Enterprises, LLC is dependable and trustworthy and we rely on our customers to be the same. We do not and cannot cover normal wear and tear, lost products, altered or modified products, or product damage due to negligence, misuse, or abuse.

GC&F Enterprises, LLC DEFINITION OF ABUSE– Using a tool in a manner for which it was not designed.

Product Substitution
GC&F will make an effort to replace any defective product with one that is similar. If, for any reason, this is not possible, we may choose to satisfy your claim by substituting a similar product or offering an account credit.
